Good money, fast paced. Overall good work environment. I think management should improve professionalism.
An amazing company to work with! I was hired three years ago at Pappas Seafood House on Hwy 59 N. Since then have received two job promotions and now am working as a supervisor while receiving tuition assistance. There are multiple opportunities for advancement and provide a lot of training at the main office which celebrates each employees' differences as strengths. I have worked at a few different jobs including restaurants and there has been not one company that provides a positive environment like Pappas does.
I work at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen but Pappas Seafood House address is the corporate office. I love working for the company. I look forward to growing with the company.
