Through research-based, innovative teaching and learning, Field inspires students to discover their authentic selves and distinctive paths to become empathetic, creative thinkers who act boldly to shape our shared future.

Field is a community of individuals who have diverse backgrounds, strengths, and thoughts. We nurture each student on their path to becoming motivated and compassionate individuals and leaders. We challenge students to learn from and develop empathy and respect for each other’s identities, opinions, and perspectives.

Whether debating on a current issue, collaborating on a history project, conducting scientific research, competing on the court, presenting a studio design project, making a film, performing in a musical, or giving back to a local nonprofit, Field students and teachers encourage and support each other.
