    From The Fay School

“What kind of leader do you envision your child becoming?” This is one of the first questions we ask parents when they first visit our campus.

At Fay, we empower your child to become a leader of the future. We leverage our rigorous curriculum and our dynamic Leadership Development Program, grounded in emotional intelligence, to equip your child with the skills necessary to lead at Fay and beyond. Our students develop their emotional intelligence by grappling with monthly leadership themes that include: Self-Awareness, Self-Concept, Managing Feelings, Decision Making, Group Dynamics, Managing Stress, Empathy, Communication, Personal Responsibility, and Conflict Resolution.

At Fay, we celebrate your child as they learn and mature into a future leader of the world. We hope to have the opportunity to discuss how your child will begin their leadership journey at the age of three and to show you how our graduates use the skills acquired at Fay to achieve success here and beyond.

    Outdoor Education Program

    academic spotlight

Outdoor Education at Fay allows children hands-on experiences to explore and learn through nature. Children learn how to use tools to discover and gain a science-based understanding of plants and animals in Houston’s habitat. Equally as important, our students learn to appreciate the sensory aspect of our habitat, with exposure to art and poetry inspired by nature.
