Rigor looks different at Shady Hill. We believe that play, discovery and allowing for mistakes are fundamental to the cadence of childhood. Shady Hill teaches students to think, to question, and to consider multiple perspectives before transforming their ideas into meaningful action. Through hands on, project based and experiential learning that often looks and feels like "play", our curriculum ignites within students a joy for learning and teaches them how to be change-makers.
