School Lane Charter School (SLCS) is a tuition-free K-12 public charter school located on two campuses within four buildings. As a designated International Baccalaureate World School, SLCS offers the IB Middle Years Program for grades 7-10 and the IB Diploma Program for grades 11-12.

At SLCS teachers guide students to learn independently and cooperatively. Our inclusion model has many courses co-taught in grades K-10. Instruction is based on inquiry which appeals to children’s natural curiosity. SLCS students learn by asking thoughtful questions, finding the answers, and thinking critically about their findings. Our goal is to provide students with the ability to be independent thinkers and learners, and provide critical analysis on educational topics.
