At Maharishi School, the foundation of our college preparatory program is optimal alertness. What if there was a way to optimize students’ alertness? And what if a student could cultivate the ability to use more of their brain? That is why at Maharishi School our students and teachers take time to transcend twice a day, with the practice of yoga and Transcendental Meditation. It dissolves stress and improves brain functioning.
