GISSV is a dual language immersion school in the Bay Area with locations in Mountain View and San Francisco.

We offer education from Preschool to High School and are accredited by WASC and recognized as a German School Abroad (DAS). Our students graduate with dual diplomas, the California High School Diploma, and the German International Abitur. We provide project-based learning, promoting critical and imaginative thinking, social competence, and responsibility. Our awarded science program and MINT (German for STEM) school recognition enhance the learning experience. We offer specialty classes in sports, music, arts, and additional languages. Language learning support is available for our young learners with little or no German or English proficiency. GISSV welcomes students of all nationalities.

GISSV offers a full Preschool-Grade 12 program in Mountain View and Preschool-Grade 8 in San Francisco.
