Factory Shoals Elementary School works hard to build a community of lifelong learners that become responsible individuals, independent thinkers, and productive citizens. Factory Shoals Elementary is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow and recognizes the need to cultivate creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills within our students to help prepare them for an ever changing world. Factory Shoals is much more than just a school. The family atmosphere among students, staff and faculty is encouraging and supportive. Teachers work collaboratively with families to create a community of learners who encourage each other to persevere through challenges and celebrate successes. Factory Shoals Elementary offers two after school programs that provide additional academic support, as well as homework help, recreation, and other fun activities.Additionally, students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities.
