    Fordland R-III School District provides a diverse education that prepares students for their future endeavors. Fordland R-III School District is one of the best-kept secrets of the Ozarks. Our district offers smaller class sizes taught by high-quality educators. Fordland is proud to be home to the 2020 Missouri Teacher of the Year and a 2022 Teacher of the Year Semifinalist. Our smaller class sizes allow more individualized attention.

    We offer students a wide variety of academic programs including Gifted and Talented, Advanced Placement Courses, and Dual Enrollment for college credit. This wide variety of academic programming allows families the ability to find the best fit for their child.

    Students also have access to a wide variety of extracurricular activities from sports teams to chess clubs. Our students compete and win at the state and national levels in FBLA, FCCLA, FFA. With an abundance of clubs and athletics, it’s easy for students to find their niche.
