At Congressional School, our specialty is young learners. Our infant-grade 8 community provides the perfect setting where children gain a solid foundation to launch them on a lifetime of adventure and success. Our teachers are experts on the age they teach and know how to relate to that age. At Congressional School, early education IS the focus, and our facilities and resources are designed for and available to young learners.

The preschool - Grade 8 environment, where middle schoolers make a transition after Grade 8, provides tremendous opportunities. Choosing where to go next is probably the first big decision for students. It enables them to ponder who they are and the kind of environment that best suits them, at an age that is appropriate for them to begin contemplating those types of questions. It is like a trial run for college admissions, giving them confidence when that time comes.
