    From The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art

    The Cooper Union was founded in 1859 in New York City. It is a top-ranked college committed to making education fair and accessible to all, granting every admitted undergraduate student a half-tuition scholarship as well as need-based aid.

    Comprised of three schools specializing in architecture, art, and engineering, Cooper offers small, intimate classes organized around a culture of collaboration.

    Degrees Offered: the School of Architecture offers a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Architecture; the School of Art offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts; the School of Engineering offers a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, a Bachelor of Science in general engineering, and a Master of Engineering.
