Cayuga Community College is a two year community college affiliated with the State University of New York, with locations in Auburn & Fulton, NY, offering a full complement of programs, courses, and services in-person and online. Cayuga’s small classes and great professors help to achieve our mission to provide students with diverse learning opportunities to discover their passions and advance their personal and professional growth.
Students choose Cayuga for a variety of reasons. While many students pursue a degree or certificate, a significant number take courses for other reasons: to gain specific job skills, explore an area of interest, or prepare for transfer to another institution. Cayuga provides academic support, financial aid, and other resources to help all students with their educational progress. Cayuga’s instructors hold advanced degrees from universities across the country, and bring a broad range of professional experience from the academic world and beyond.

Cayuga’s Nursing Program is recognized as one of the top associate’s degree programs in the country. Cayuga’s nursing grads consistently excel on the NCLEX, with more than 96% passing the exam on their 1st attempt. Their success surpasses the state average of 86% in 2018 and 2019 and the national average of 85% in 2018 and 86 percent in 2019, according to data from the NYS Office of Professions
