Better communication, great team members. Nice staff easy access. I had a run in with a program I was referred to take to finish degree, didn't receive the degree initially spoke with. The staff member I was working with left the school and was assigned to someone else. After completing the program the agent was confused about the degree request. I was informed I had to take several more classes to finish degree. I do work with a really great agent that helped with paying for classes, finding the classes to take signing me up and helping me thru the process. I really like Brian school advisor. The organization is a little messed up. The communication is good.
I have attended this University for over 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The scheduling of the live lectures allow me to be a full time student and full time employee. I have earned a AAS and currently pursuing a BAS, the staff is amazing they have worked with me every step of the way. They provided unlimited resources, the professors are intelligent, informative and even will help you one on one when needed.
My experience at ABTU has been absolutely amazing. University online here is extremely interactive than expected. Students and instructors can hold conversations during the live lectures and during office hours. The staff is incredibly quick at resolving any issues or barriers and are sure to be friendly during all encounters. At ABTU I feel as though my individual success is truly cared about.
